Peaceful Heart Ministries is dedicated to doing good works in the community. When we come from a place of loving and caring for ourselves (the God within) then we are more likely to be passionate about going out into the world and teaching others to love and care for themselves (the God within themselves).

Below are some places that call to this community to serve. We always welcome new opportunities and support each and every soul in finding their own call to service.

Reiki Circle

Reiki Practitioner, Diane Brewster, invites you to join us for Reiki Day on the second Saturday of each month from 9 am to noon in the Seattle area. It’s a time for Reiki practitioners to give and receive. We also welcome folks who don’t know how to do Reiki and would like to come and receive a healing. Love offering.

What is Reiki

Everyone has the spiritual ability to heal and Reiki is a practical manifestation of this healing ability. It is a Japanese healing technique.

The word ‘Reiki’ is made up of two Japanese words – Rei means “God or Universal Power” and Ki means “life force energy”. Put together, Reiki simply means “universal spiritual healing energy”. It is administered by trained Reiki practitioners using laying-on-of-hands and is based on the concept that an unseen and healing life force energy flows through us.

What does Reiki do?

The daily stresses of life can create an imbalance in our natural state of wellness and ease, resulting in fatigue, stress, pain and illness. Reiki energy promotes stress reduction and relaxation and brings us into alignment with our own vibration. The healing energy naturally flows to whatever needs to be healed in the person receiving the healing. It can also stimulate our own natural healing vibration, restoring and balancing our energy levels physically, mentally and spiritually.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.

Annual Caroling With Our Friends in Pioneer Square

This is one of our annual service projects:  singing and sharing and loving the homeless population in Seattle.

We hold the event on Sunday morning before the Christmas holiday. People volunteer their time, food, coffee, clothing and mostly their wide open hearts.
